• Manumold Injection Moulded Parts
  The Manumold process uses manually operated tooling with simple ejection. This drastically reduces the cost of tooling which is usually aluminium. It makes great sense to check out a moulding design in this way before committing to major investment in high volume automatic multi cavity hardened steel tooling. Many of our customers have used this process to first prove their market for a new product. 

• Chemical Etching
  The chemical milling or machining process is ideally suited to rapid prototyping as electronically generated files can be used to produce photo-tools which are then transferred to the surface of the metal. Changes in design are simply and rapidly made to files in house to allow manufacture of new components. Turnaround on our Super Rapid Service is from 24 hours.
