CAD Drawing

• From CAD to CAM
  We can design components, sub assemblies and even complete product on our CAD systems. It is then a simple matter to transfer files to our CAM system for production of metal or plastic parts on our machining centres.
   
• Accurate Designs From 'Thumb Nail Sketches'

• Prototypes
  We can offer Rapid Prototypes in metal and plastic using Manumold low cost plastic injection moulding, chemical etching and machining processes. 

• Assembly
  If you do not wish to assemble product in house then we can almost certainly help subject to physical size constraints. We have the systems to procure parts not made in house and to control subcontracted elements such as electrical work. For an example see the Paper Roll Meter Case Study.

• Reverse Engineering
  It is sometimes the case that engineering drawings are not available for production of components or product. If you provide the parts, we will do the rest. We have CAD systems to draw up components for your approval if required.
